INTRODUCTION - WHO WE ARE AND WHAT WE DO We are the flagship brand of DK Info Solutions Private Limited, offering our platform and an exciting opportunity for you to participate in various contests based on a wide range of officially sanctioned live sporting events ("Services"). Some of these sports include, but are not limited to: • Cricket Anyone who uses, accesses, and/or participates in fantasy sports-related free-to-play online gaming contests (“Practice Contests”) and/or pay-to-play online gaming contests (“Paid Contests”) on our platform is referred to as a user (“User”). References to “You/Your” refer to the User, and references to “We/Us/Our” refer to “My Network 11,” which refers collectively to the My Network 11 mobile application and website (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Platform"). Practice Contests and Paid Contests are collectively referred to as “Contests.”

ACCEPTANCE OF OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS By continuing to use our platform, you agree to the terms and conditions, including any additional terms that we may introduce (“Terms”), which are binding upon you. You accept that if there is any conflict between these Terms and any additional terms related to the usage of our platform or any Contest, the additional terms shall take precedence. By accepting these Terms, you consent to receiving communications from us and/or our partners, licensors, or associates for various purposes, including: • Announcements • Administrative messages or direct messages • Advertisements • Direct notifications to your account • Other communication methods as deemed appropriate by us. You agree to mark us as a safe sender across all platforms where you receive communications from us, including email and SMS, to ensure these messages are not sent to spam/junk folders.

USER ACCOUNT To access our services, you need to register and create an account on our platform (“Account”). When creating your account or during your use of our services, you may be asked to provide the following details: • Full Name • Team Name • Mobile Number • Full Address and State of Residence • Gender • Date of Birth • Aadhar Number • Other valid identification documents • Bank Account Information • UPI ID • Permanent Account Number (PAN) We reserve the right to conduct KYC verification, as required by law, at any time.

ELIGIBILITY To participate in Paid Contests, you must meet the following criteria: • You must be 18 years of age or older. • You must be a resident of India. • You must have a valid Indian mobile number to create an account. Please note that Paid Contests are not allowed in the following states (“Restricted States”): • Andhra Pradesh • Assam • Nagaland • Sikkim • Telangana You confirm that you are not from any of the Restricted States and agree not to make false declarations to circumvent applicable laws and regulations.

CONTEST RULES AND FORMAT By participating in any Contest(s), you acknowledge and agree to the following: • You must create a fantasy team (“Team”) by selecting real-life players who are participating in the specific sport. • You must finalize your Team before the start of the sports event or any adjusted time (as specified) of the contest (“Contest Deadline”). We may notify you of any changes to the Contest Deadline. • Contests require a minimum number of users to participate before they become operational (“Pre-specified Number of Users”). • In multiple-entry contests, you may create multiple Teams to participate in the same Contest (“Multiple Entry Contest”). We reserve the right to limit the number of Teams you can submit for each Contest. • You can enter Paid Contests by paying the pre-designated amount specified for each Contest (“Pre-Designated Amount”). • The Prize Money Pool for each Contest is contributed by all participating users. We do not have any claim or interest in this Prize Money Pool. • We may charge a fee (referred to as “Platform Fees”) from the Pre-Designated Amount, and the remaining balance will constitute your contribution to the Prize Money Pool. • You may participate in up to 2000 Contests per cricket match and up to 500 Contests per match in other sports. • You can create a maximum of 20 Teams for any single Contest.

CONTEST FORMATS Public Contest • A Public Contest allows you to compete with other users without restrictions. • Public Contests may be Flexible or Non-Flexible. • If a Public Contest doesn’t meet the required number of users, we may cancel the contest and refund your Pre-Designated Amount without deductions. • In "Guaranteed Contests," if there are fewer participants, we will cover the shortfall to ensure the Prize Money Pool is met. WINNING AND PAYMENT TERMS FOR MY NETWORK 11 Winner Declaration Winners of a Contest are determined by the highest-scoring Team at the end of the relevant Sports event. If multiple winners are involved in a contest, the prize distribution will follow the sequence of total points accumulated by each User’s Team. The number of winners and the corresponding prizes for each Contest will be announced on the Contest page before the Contest begins. General Rules for Distribution of Winnings The User whose Team achieves the highest score at the end of the match is eligible to win the prize from the Prize Money Pool, as stated on the Contest page. If there’s a tie between Users, the prize will be equally divided among all the tied winners. We reserve the right to modify the winnings or their distribution at any time before the Contest deadline. We also hold the right to disqualify any Winner and withhold winnings or prizes if: • The information or documents provided by the User are incorrect, incomplete, or fabricated. • A User creates teams on behalf of others. • The User violates any of the Terms, including entering from restricted states as per applicable laws. Tabulation and Scoring We use official data from our trusted Data Feed Providers to track scores and calculate fantasy points. Any errors in the point calculations will be rectified to the best of our ability, especially when brought to our attention. Verification of Winners Winners may be contacted via the email provided during account creation for verification purposes. A clear explanation of the verification process and the documents required for prize collection will be provided. If a User has been declared a Winner but has not received their prize, they can reach out to our Help and Support within 48 hours to resolve the issue. Our decisions regarding prize distribution are final and binding. Payment Terms The following payment-related terms apply to all transactions on the My Network 11 platform: Payment Accounts When using the platform, Users will have two types of accounts for processing payments: • Unutilized Account: Holds the money deposited by the User for contest participation. • Winning Account: Holds the User’s winnings from Paid Contests. Discounts and Offers To promote our platform, we may offer discounts that can be used for participating in Paid Contests. Users agree to the following terms for utilizing discounts: • Discounts are non-transferable and cannot be withdrawn to a bank account. • Discounts will apply to the Pre-Designated Amount for joining a contest and are valid only under the terms specified. • If your account is terminated, any unused discounts will be forfeited. We may also issue Discount Points, Discount Bonuses, and Discount Coupons at our discretion. These will be subject to specific conditions, and Users will be notified of the applicable rules. Pre-Designated Amount Payment When you participate in a Paid Contest, any applicable Discounts will first be applied to the Pre-Designated Amount, then the balance will be deducted from your Unutilized or Winning Account. If you have insufficient balance in both accounts, you must deposit the required amount to proceed with your participation. Withdrawals and Processing Upon your first withdrawal request, we will require certain documents for verification. After processing, your winnings will be transferred to your linked bank account or UPI ID. Processing can take up to 24 hours, and you agree not to hold us responsible for any delays. Once a transaction is confirmed, it cannot be canceled.

Taxes and TDS As of October 1, 2023, a 28% GST applies to all deposits made into the Unutilized Account. Additionally, winnings are subject to TDS deductions as per the Income Tax Act. With effect from April 1, 2023, a 30% TDS will be deducted from your Net Winnings (NW) on each withdrawal. For calculating NW: • The first withdrawal in a financial year will subtract the non-taxable deposits and balances in the Unutilized and Winning accounts. • For subsequent withdrawals, the same formula applies, considering any previous withdrawals with TDS deducted. • At the end of the financial year, if you haven't withdrawn your winnings, the 30% TDS will be deducted from the remaining balance in your Winning Account as of March 31st. In case of changes in tax rates or definitions by the government, we will apply the new rates and definitions accordingly. Users are responsible for any other taxes, such as income or gift tax, applicable on their winnings.

REFUNDS We will refund any unused balance in your Unutilised Account if your Account is suspended or removed under the following circumstances: • (a) Due to our failure to provide the Services, • (b) Upon receiving instructions from any government or regulatory authority. In the event that a Contest is abandoned, we will refund the Pre-Designated Amount paid by you as per the Terms outlined here. Should we receive instructions from a relevant government authority to deactivate your Account, we will process a refund of the amount in your Unutilised Account to the original payment source, after accounting for applicable processing fees. If our Services become unavailable due to factors outside our control, such as natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, or any other "Force Majeure Event," we reserve the right to cancel any Contest and refund the Pre-Designated Amount. In a Paid Contest with up to 4 Users where all participants select the same teams (including the same Captain, Vice-Captain, and Backup), the Pre-Designated Amount will be refunded to all Users once the match begins. For Paid Contests with 5 or more Users, where all Users select the same teams, the Prize Pool will be equally distributed among them. In the case of a refund request for the amount deposited in your Unutilised Account, it will be processed minus applicable GST (28%), which will not be refunded per government regulations.

USER FUNDS You authorize us to appoint an independent third-party (e.g., trustee or escrow agent) to manage any funds deposited in your Account. We do not hold any rights, title, or interest over the amounts you deposit. Deposited amounts are intended solely for participation in Paid Contests. The funds will not be forfeited except under directives from government or regulatory agencies. We may instruct the third-party to open non-interest-bearing bank accounts for managing payouts related to: • Withdrawal of winnings • Platform fees • Taxes (e.g., TDS on net winnings) • Government payments (e.g., GST)

YOUR CONDUCT When using and accessing our Platform, you agree to adhere to the following code of conduct: • You are allowed to create only one Account on our Platform. • All information provided during account creation must be true, accurate, and up-to-date. You must not impersonate others or submit false documentation. • If there are any changes to your account details, you are required to update them promptly on the Platform and notify our Support team if you notice unauthorized account usage.

MAINTAIN CONFIDENTIALITY You must keep all details related to your Account confidential. Specifically, your one-time password (OTP) should not be shared with anyone, and you should avoid engaging in fraudulent activities such as attempting to access another user’s account.

COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using our Platform. Any illegal activity disrupting our system is prohibited.

PLATFORM VIOLATIONS You agree not to: • Engage in any Fair Play violations. • Misuse discounts, offers, or promotions provided by us. • Use our platform for purposes other than personal contests or business purposes. • Share non-public information, manipulate teams, or attempt to gain an unfair advantage through insider trading. • Tamper with or modify our data, content, or intellectual property.

RESPONSIBLE PLAY We promote responsible gaming. You should make informed decisions when participating in Contests and ensure that you are playing within your limits. If needed, seek help.

OUR RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS • We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or suspend any part of our services. • We may remove or modify your content if it violates our policies. • Contests can be canceled, modified, or rescheduled as needed, particularly in situations beyond our control (e.g., event rescheduling, technical issues, or weather-related delays).

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS All intellectual property on our Platform, including but not limited to logos, content, and software, is owned by us and protected by law. You are not allowed to modify or redistribute any part of this content without our prior written consent.

PRIVACY POLICY We value your privacy, and all personal information collected is governed by our Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review it to understand how your data is used.

LEGALITY AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION We follow the laws of India, and all disputes will be settled in the courts of Mumbai. If disputes arise, we will attempt to resolve them amicably. If necessary, the matter will proceed to arbitration.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY We will not be liable for any damages, losses, or issues arising from your use of our Platform, including but not limited to injury, data loss, or technical problems.
