Account Sharing: Sharing accounts or login credentials with others is not allowed. Each account must be used by the person who registered it.
2. No Fake Referrals or Unfair Referring
Genuine Referrals Only: Users should only refer people who are truly interested in joining and participating in the contests. Fake or non-active referrals (such as creating multiple accounts for self-referral) are strictly prohibited.
Referral Spamming: Sending unsolicited referral invites or spam messages through social media, email, or other platforms is not allowed. Referrals should be made in good faith and without pressuring others.
No Collusion: Users should not collude or coordinate with others to manipulate the outcomes of contests, either directly or indirectly. Any form of team-based manipulation for personal gain is prohibited.
Fair Contest Entry: All contest entries must be made with honest intent. Entering contests with no intention to participate in good faith or just to create referral opportunities is not allowed.
Prohibited Practices: Cheating techniques such as using external software, scripts, bots, or exploiting system bugs to manipulate results or contest outcomes are strictly prohibited.
Manipulation of Game Results: Any attempt to manipulate or influence game outcomes through any external means, including but not limited to third-party tools, manipulation of data, or collusion with others, will result in immediate suspension or termination of the user account.
Account Hacking: Hacking into other users' accounts, attempting to steal or manipulate account credentials, or gaining unauthorized access to the platform is a serious violation and will result in legal action.
Honest Financial Transactions: Users must ensure that their financial transactions, including contest entry fees, deposit/withdrawal requests, and referral commissions, are genuine and legitimate. Any attempt to manipulate the financial system or conduct fraudulent transactions will result in account suspension or termination.
Withdrawal Rules: Users are required to follow the platform's official withdrawal process, and any attempts to bypass these rules (such as using fake payment details or engaging in fraudulent chargebacks) are prohibited.
Entry Fee Compliance: Users must comply with the platform's contest entry fee rules. For example, you must join at least one featured contest to avoid your level income from lapsing.
Fair Play In Contest: Contest outcomes should be based purely on the participant's skill, knowledge, and engagement with the game. Manipulating contest results in any way, such as by providing misleading information or engaging in fraudulent actions, will be considered a violation of fair play.
Referral Integrity: Users should refrain from making fake or forced referrals just to gain commissions. Ethical and transparent referral practices are a must.
No Multiple Accounts: Users must not create multiple accounts under different names for the purpose of self-referral or any other unethical gain. One user is allowed one account only.
Violation Consequences: Any violation of the fair play rules may result in penalties, which include temporary suspension of account access, permanent termination, or forfeiture of rewards/ earnings.
Appeals Process: If a user's account is suspended or terminated, they have the right to appeal the decision through the platform's support channels. However, if the violation is deemed severe or fraudulent, the decision will be final.
Rule Changes: The platform may periodically update the Fair Play Policy or terms of service. All users are expected to regularly review the rules and comply with any updates. Notifications will be sent to users regarding any significant changes.
